All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of your event. - Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount is based on the rental price and is typically up to $250. This deposit is collected to cover any potential damages or loss of rental items. The deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of items in their original condition, subject to inspection. Please ensure that all items are returned clean and undamaged to receive the full refund. Please allow up ot 7 days for refund - Vintage Rattan Furniture
Many of our rattan furniture pieces are vintage and may show signs of wear. Due to their age and unique character, some items may have imperfections or slight variations from their original condition. These natural wear patterns and imperfections contribute to the distinctive charm and authenticity of each piece. By renting our vintage rattan furniture, you acknowledge and accept that these items may not be in perfect condition but are intended to add a unique, rustic element to your event. - Damages and Loss
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refundable deposit. - Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Content Ownership
All content, including photos and videos, taken by Sonoran Celebrations remains the property of the company and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. - Privacy
You agree to allow Sonoran Celebrations to use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. - Amendments
Sonoran Celebrations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonoran Celebrations from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services.
